Losing first her mother, a perpetual invalid, and later her cross-dressing father, a woefully ineffectual small-scale entrepreneur, Alvina feels doomed to merge with the tribe of eternal spinsters who surround her in the dreary mining community of Woodhouse.

Into this drab environment enter the Natcha-Kee-Tawara: a polyglot, poly-amorous troupe of travelling players united, on- and off-stage, in a fantasy of Native American nomadism. They try to get information from the Lich and find out that Nadia is cursed, not sick. Meanwhile Hale is babysitting a teenage girl who is not allowed to have any fun. With Kenzi trying to help, things get a little out of hand.

S2, Ep9. Kenzi and Bo's night out on the town leads to a series of potentially-deadly out of body experiences when an escaped Dark Fae madman poisons the beer kegs.
